Meet Dr. Allison Heffron, DC, Dipl Ac

For the past 11 years, Dr. Allison has been helping lifters move, train, and perform without pain. A rehab-focused chiropractor and acupuncturist, she specializes in getting adults who strength train out of stubborn knee pain so they can lift heavy and stay strong for life.

She’s not your average clinician — Allison has lived every phase of the athlete grind herself: from sprint triathlons after college, to competing at Olympic Weightlifting Nationals, to breaking her ankle in five places during roller derby (now rebuilt with three plates and 19 screws), and currently training for her first bodybuilding competition.
